Adding NPCs to Tracker and Map

Has anyone encountered an issue that when you try to add NPCs to the fracker and map (from predetermined and placed encounters) have it fail and get the message that "the module your are attempting to open is not loaded, despite the module is loaded. I encountered this problem tonight in three of the six rooms my players went into, in the Crushing Wave Temple in Princes of the Apocalypse rooms C18, C16, and C14. The encounters in rooms C17, C15, and C12 worked fine. I restarted Fantasy ground, I restarted my computer, I unloaded and reloaded the module. None of that helped.

There is currently an issue with PotA which has been fixed. The updated module should be available in Tuesday's update.
