Need some help figuring this one out.
For some reason my line of sight has a large portion of the map that is visible no matter what.
You can see the hard edges where the LOS just doesn't hide anything in the attached screenshot.
Any help would be wonderful.

Make sure you have updated. There were LOS issues in the last build. Then you might need to redo some of your LOS walls.Make sure they don't overlap without being cleaned up.

I am running the latest version.
What specifically are you saying shouldn't overlap? The wall lines?

I would look at the south central door. Make sure the doors and walls are correct. Can't tell from the image you attached as the resolution is not enough to tell what is going on there. Also make sure that the end points line up. But start with a zoomed in picture of that area :)

Checking those end points now.
Here is a close up.

You have lost and lots of layers there and you have line of sight on a number of them. I suspect that there is some kind of layer issue - maybe the order of the layers or the Line of sight is not on the top layer. Not sure. But I suspect that the issue is with layers and the LoS on those layers. You could try playing around with switching on and off the layers with LOS on them to see what difference that makes.

The areas showing all the time have some straight edges - are these areas built from tiles? If so, look into the layers as suggested by Zacchaeus, and also if they are in a layer folder.

If they're not tiles - can you, knowing how the map was constructed, think of a reason why those specific areas are shown - e.g. how you built the map from various images/tiles, how you applied the LoS, etc.. This is obviously an issue, just trying to work out how to track down what's causing it.

So the problem just went away on it's own.
No idea why. lol
Thanks for all the suggestions though folks!
