When using the Adventure Deck at a live table, I like to customize what cards are in it. Is there any way to do that within FG?

Inside the Adventure Deck extension is a file that tells you how to customise it.

EDIT: There is a PDF somewhere but I can't recall where its located.

Good to know! Thank you! So, what software do I use to open the file?

It's a zip file basically (just renamed .ext instead of. zip) so whatever you use for zip files.

That's easy. Thanks!

Found it! But, admittedly I'm not that much of a coder. But I can follow instructions :) Is there a tutorial to further explain what is in the README?

The pdf is in the docs folder under the Fantasy Grounds application folder. The same parent folder where the extensions folder lives.

Shhhh! Don't tell Jiminimonka where it is.

So, it was a little above my tech level and a friend offered to help, but unfortunately he wasn't able to get it figured out either. Not asking for someone else to figure this out for me, I'll get it, but... One of the reasons I switched from Roll20 to FG was because I wouldn't have to code anything. Is there anything in the works to make a GUI for this, or possibly someway to just check a box for the cards you want? I'm sure that the 'coding' in this is remedial, but for someone who doesn't do this kind of stuff, it's a bit of a challenge.

We got it to work! Even so, a GUI? What are the chances? Because I'm sure some patch will come along at some point, and I'll have to go through this again.

No GUI but some of my Custom Adventure decks I created over a decade ago and still work.

Although disappointed to hear that there's no chance for a GUI for this, thanks for the reassurance that I shouldn't have to figure this out again in the future.

Oh you will made my first new adventure deck in a few years and had to relearn it all :s

I'll try and make a video (as much for me as anyone else)

I do recall someone did write an automation script in R once but I could never get it to work.

Great... Well, hopefully it'll be a while before I have to sit down with this again :)
