Hello I am very new to fantasy grounds and am looking to run my first game on fantasy grounds unity which i have been learning more about. I bought the module for Curse of Strahd 5th edition which I have run before but never in fantasy grounds. So as I was working I noticed that the npc tokens in the module kind of pop out of the boarder of the token and I think that looks amazing! I've been searching all over to see if there is a way to make my own tokens that do this as well but so far I have had no luck figuring out how it was done or what to do. So I figured I would ask on the forums if anyone had any insight on how to make tokens like this?

Those are made by Wizards of the Coast I believe. So its done by a professional artist.

Most of the WotC modules are made by the module converter or pulled from the main modules. The pop out look is easy to make by having a graphic manipulation program (e.g. Photoshop). Have the token base with it's frame on one layer and the image over top of it and trim the image to the frame.

No, in fact I made them. No professional artistry involved. Although the credit all goes to Josh for showing me how to do it.
In order to make such tokens you'll need Photoshop or a similar program. Here's a video I made on how to do it. https://youtu.be/3Z629JKv8zk
