Assets for multiple ruleset useage?

There used to be an extension which would allow you to carry over assets from one ruleset to the others. Is that still around and if so can somebody point me in the right direction?

So if I open an image from a "foreign" ruleset (i.e. DCC image in a Savage Worlds campaign), I should be able to copy the original image, close the extension, and still have the copy right?
