Class: EUCLID

Description: SCP Agent takes the form of an extension on the Fantasy Grounds VTT, somehow allowing access to SCP Foundation files and creating instances of said SCPs within their campaigns.

The SCP Agent is monitored on the Fantasy Grounds Forge with the following description:

“SCP Agent is the tool you need to bring wild and crazy anomalies from the SCP Foundation into your settings!

SCP Agent works with any ruleset, creating a button on your NPC Library.

This new button, named “SCP Tracker” will open a window.

In this new window, you will be able to click the “Pick” button to generate an SCP.

You can pick a number of entries, a random number using a die string, or a specific SPC if you enter its SCP-###.

New entries will make an NPC and a link to the web page for the SCP entry.

You may edit these NPC sheets as you like, and change their containment status.

SCP Foundation is a creative wiki page for anomalies, classified and reported in dossier type documents.

Because some SCP are incredibly detrimental, we urge you to use caution with incorporating them into your campaigns.”

Due to pressing movements by researchers assigned to the SCP Agent case, the designation has been increased from SAFE to EUCLID

The SCP Foundation wiki page, found at https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/ appears to be non-anomalous.

Unless you read all the contents of this message, the memetic kill agents working their way through your conciousness will do their job, and eliminate any possible exposure to unwarranted eyes.

You have been warned!

SCP Agent is classified as SAFE, as the anomalies attributed to it are only activated when used.

SCP Agent is a program-based anomaly that appears in the ever growing Table-Top-Role=Playing=Game Virtual Table, "Fantasy Grounds".

It can appear in any campaign, any ruleset, and create a new button in the NPC Library.

If the affected GM were to press this button, a new window would appear on their screen. They would then have the option to enter a number, a die string, or an SCP designation number, in order to generate a list of entries. They would then be able to access classified SCP Anomaly Data via a link which takes them to a webbrowser version of our logs for the specified anomaly.

Additionally, an NPC would be created with the name designation of that SCP. While the stats are blank on the sheet, the GM feels compelled to complete any data crucial to their plans, and with full access to our files, and an imagination more powerful than any computer, they are capable of anything.

Players who encounter SCP as NPC may not be welcoming of the effects they bring. It is with this, that we offer great warning to any GM influenced by the SCP Agent anomaly to use with caution, and care.

If you have read every word of this carefully, the Memetic kill agents should be deactivated. You may carry on if you are a staff member, if not, our closest MTF agents will be arriving shortly with a dose of Amnestics to help you forget all this.

Have a nice day.

For those unaware, the SCP Foundation is a wiki page in where “anomalous” entities and objects are classified and catalogued by a secretive organization bound to the duty of protecting the people, the anomalies, the world and reality.

This extension works with any ruleset, and adds a button to the NPC window. In this new window that’s generated by the button, you can generate a list of SCP entities, with links to an NPC sheet and the wiki page, allowing you to organize and catalogue entries, set their containment status, and terrify your players.

if you are interested in learning about the SCP Foundation, you can go to https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/
or if you have a hard time with reading dossier type documents, i might suggest the SCP Explained channel on youtube https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC8JfkMtNAp44vmzdtnL4wow

The SCP Foundation is a massive, glorious compendium of what we would call anomalies. In D&D they may be magical items, realms, monsters and more. In call of Cthulhu or alien, they may be destructive mysteries.

Use these entries to inspire you. Start your own version of the SCP Foundation as a campaign, introduce an anomaly to the party to spice things up. Since it can be used in any ruleset and the anomalies are vast in nature, you decide how to use them.

I’ll be using the Alien RPG ruleset, and having my players be researchers and Mobile Task Force Agents, tasked with dealing with anomalies in a reality where nothing has been contained yet, but their 05 council has access to the wiki reality database. (Realities are so fragile in this setting).

Well done SCP short films to help inspire/intrigue

I don't know what it is, but I immediately grabbed it off the Forge.

Enjoy your descent into the wacky and terrible world of the SCP Foundation. There are lots of “SCP Explained” videos on youtube if you’re looking for someone to explain things to you. But be warned, there’s thousands of entries to read.:D

SCP Agent has been recently declassified as EUCLID due to the difficulty to properly contain it.

Updates include:
Changing the containment status of a tracked SCP changes it for its entry now too.
Randomly getting or picking SCP-001 now randomly gets you one of the 42 various entries for SCP-001 instead of the main page, allowing for different instances. These can be PICKED by entering their CODE NAME.
