Looking for a Call of Cthulhu character sheet...

Hey everyone, this is my first post here since recently acquiring FGII. As the title indicates, I'm desperately looking for a non-D20 CoC character sheet. My other searches brought some tantalizing mentions of them, but I couldn't locate any links. The ruleset picture on the wiki was mouth-watering, but even just a sheet would earn my sincere gratitude.

Normally I would try and put one together myself, but my grad school schedule just doesn't afford me the time to do that and prep adventures. Any help or ideas would be welcome.

I think it includes a reference to all (?) of the rulesets that are currently live. Of course, it overlooks a few that are still under development.

Everyone: Should we perhaps request a sticky where we can post completed rulesets?
