Is it possible to deactivate the function which allows to leave visible the zones already explored?

You can either remove and replace the PC tokens on the map or right click each token in turn and select 'Reset fog of war' from the context menu.

I made a suggestion to customize the "duration" of the Fog Of War, it's in my signature to vote if you want.
