What's happening:
On the left there's the GM instance; on the right, a player's instance.
First, the player plans the movement by dragging the token with their mouse; arrows show up to indicate where the token planned movement is; the GM approves the movement; the token moves according to the planned movement.
Second, the player plans the movement of the same token by using the arrow keys and the NumPad (with Num Lock off): the arrows indicating where the token planned movemen is show up on the GM's screen, but not on the player's own screen. The player can't see the planned movement until they click on their own token once more.

Open the map in the SECOND shortcut button at the bottom
Connect as a player
Move the token around using the arrow keys or the numpad.
