I was running Traveller if it matters..

Is there a way to heal a NPC? Specifically to target a NPC for healing

I can’t seem to figure out how to put player character tokens on the map

Is there a way to edit bad guy hit points? I’m able to change them I know but the game considers it healthy

If this doesn’t exist I would absolutely kill for a “undo“ button. If it does exist where the hell is it?omegle (https://omegle.onl/)

Some of this is going to depend on your ruleset.

Can you usually manually edit the wounds field on the Combat Tracker to heal. There is also a way to drag from the Chat (I think CTRL+Drag is how, but I am not sure).

Drag PC (or NPC) to the Combat Tracker, the drag from the CT to the Map.

You can also edit Hit points on the CT, or copy the NPC (drag and drop in the NPC window to create a copy), then edit the copy.

CTRL+Z is typical for Undo, however, it really depends on what you are trying to Undo, not everything can be undone.

I'm not certain, but it almost sounds like you were trying to assign damage without using the combat tracker. If you want to assign "damage" to an NPC, you don't edit the hit points on the NPC sheet, you add wounds on the combat tracker. If you edit the hit points on the NPC sheet, that is just setting the NPC's "full health" HP count, so the NPC will always be reported as "healthy".

Cheers,
