spells are not correctly 'hidden' when you do not have a spell of the highest slot/pact when all slots are used up.
spells still visible when both level 3 slots are ticked... character only has cantrips, level 1 and level 2 spells.
51795
When a level 3 spell is added, it does not have to be prepared. image is showing in 'standard' mode so you can see without the 'prepared' icon, its not prepared. character is in prepared mode..
51796
Now the character has a level 3 spell, going back to combat mode display correctly.

Go into any spell group and place a figure in the 'Prepared' box. This will then remove spells when all spell slots are used up.

Clearly you have not actually tried this in game... The character already has this configured... And it also does it the same with normal spells.
Create a character... say 5th level sorcerer... add just cantrips/1st level spell.. see, ( You can add a 2nd level if you like.. )
51806
But the 1st level spell will still show when you tick off all the spell slots... see above..
When you add a 'TOP LEVEL' spell, in this case 3rd level...
51807
And then go back into 'combat' mode the spells will be nearly correctly 'not display'.... its disabled the 3rd level but not the first level.. ( Note if you then add a 2nd level spell... and toggle back to combat all the spells will be not displayed.. just cantrips.. as expected. )

The power page has a bug, it only looks at the spell slots for the spells you have on your character sheet... if you dont have a top level spell on you character, it only looks at the slots ticked for level 1 in the above example.. It never goes to look at the 2nd/3rd slots tick box... it just assumes because you have those slots they are not ticked off.. It only validates if the specific slot is fully ticked off if a spell is at that level..

NOTE... It will not correctly hide the 1st/2nd/3rd level spells when all slots are ticked off, unless you have a spell in each spell level..

Yes I did and it does work if everything else is correct. You have a secondary problem in that pact magic slots are not being added correctly by the wizard. That is what is causing your issue. I moved your other post to the Character Wizard bugs thread. This one should probably have gone there too since it is basically the same issue.

Nope does the same on standard characters see sorcerer version.
When you have a spell at [N]th level on your character sheet in 'combat' mode, it should only be visible when you have [N]th level or above spell slots available.
In the images in both the pact, and normal spell slot usage in 'combat' mode. Both sets of images show ALL spell slots been ticked off, so the display should ONLY be showing cantrips.. But it is still showing 1st level spells as available.
This is a bug in how it 'hides' the spells when spell SLOTS get used up. The code only works if you have a spell on the character at each level of the spell slots available. If you have a gap then you get this 'odd' does not hide the correct spells.
Character with 1st/2nd/3rd level spell slots ( 5 level character ), with all spell slots ticked as used,
1. When character has 1+ 1st, 1+ 2nd, 1+ 3rd level spell on the powers spell section, and all ticked off spell slots the view is correct... cantrips only.
2. When character has 1+ 1st, ZERO 2nd, 1+ 3rd level spell on the powers spell section, and all ticked off spell slots the view is wrong... cantrips + 1st level spells show.
preparation mode, bob has spells in each of the 3 spell levels, sue only has spells in level 1 and level 3.
51832
With all slots ticked off, bob in 'combat' mode only shows the correct cantrip only acid splash. Sue is incorrect and has 'acid splash' and 1st level spell 'burning hands'.

Pushed a hotfix for prepared boxes not populating when committing using the Character Wizard.
