On the test channel, in the Pathfinder 1e ruleset, with no extensions loaded:
1. Open an NPC in the combat tracker
2. Roll CON check by double-clicking CON score
3. Add effect "CON: -4"
4. Roll CON check again
5. Observe that [EFFECTS +2] is displayed in the chat (should be EFFECTS -2)
