Hello, savage extension creators,

Does User.getRulesetName() return "SWPF" when running Pathfinder for Savage Worlds? Or does it return "SavageWorlds"?

I don't have SWPF, and it's a little expensive to buy just to answer this question. So I hope that someone know this.

Thanks!

You should use Interface.getRuleset; as it's technically the correct package for the call. (The User.getRulesetName is an old API that has not been removed yet.)

It will return the base ruleset name, not any of the rulesets it is layered on top of. So, in the case of Pathfinder for Savage Worlds, it will return "SWPF".

If you need more detailed information, you would use Interface.getRulesetInfo().
