Multiple NPCs of the same type locks intiative

It seems if I have multiples of the same creature in the Encounters tab and I drag each on into the Combat Tracker, the iniatives are "locked", if I have one NPC it rolls iniative, as soon as I drag another one the inative locks and does change no matter how many times I roll NPC iniative.

Look in options and if it is available set the NPC initiative to something other than Group. (I don't know this ruleset but that option appears in other rulesets).
