Lock tokens?

Did something change recently? I can no longer lock the token movement, so I can't get movement distance or require approval before movement. Is there an alternate way to do this or an obvious thing I messed up that I can fix?

How are you trying to lock tokens? (right click on map, using toolbar, ...)
Also, are you running any extensions?

I tried to do it by having a bad memory. It was right clicking on the map - and not on a token as I should have been. The problem solved itself when I accidentally clicked a token half way through the game.
