Fantasy Grounds not remembering login details

Hello i hve just come to run my FGU and it says i have a invalid licence key. when i go into setting and click login it tells me i have san invalid username and password. when i type these in click login it logs in ok then i click save and when i do update or come out and reenter settings it says login and when i try it says my password is wrong again and it does not seem to save my settings.

Make sure your login credentials are exactly the same as the website. Your license key should be stored in the store purchase history. If you use copy and paste, make sure you don't have extra spaces or an extra character. Make sure your firewall and antivirus are not blocking the login process.

With Windows, the login credentials are stored in your Registry. Its possible that you do not have write permissions to our registry or that your security software is preventing writes to the Registry.

it lets me log in but just does not save it. it used to work fine just when tried today on both my laptop and pc it is not saving my login details

What operating system? Have you checked your security software? Have you checked your registry? Can you please attach your FG logs? Have you checked your system logs?

In short, we need details.
