Can't Export Effects

The /export command seems to be working for everything but effects. I drag and drop an effect over to the window and its not added to the list but everything else drops in with out issue (at least the few other things I checked did).

I'll have to look at this; but more than likely, modifiers/effects don't support per record export for some reason. As far as I know, the export all option should still work.
