Fantasy Grounds real laggy for me

Brand new to Fantasy Grounds and been working with it for a couple of days but it is real laggy for me. My mouse moves and clicks 5 seconds after I move or click it. Read online to goto settings and make sure cross platform wasn't on but when I click settings it takes me to the log in page and there aren't anywhere to adjust settings? Has anyone here ever experienced Fantasy Grounds being real choppy?

Cross platform compatibility was for FG Classic, not for FG Unity.

What are your computer specs - mostly the graphics adapter.

Can you generate log files and share them please?

The link Trenloe posted has good info in it.
To generate logs - load your campaign and run it till you experience the issue.
the in chat type /console and hit enter.
Then click the compile logs button.
They can be quite large - you may have to load into your OneDrive/Dropbox/GoogleDrive and then share that link on the post.
