Level Up Options: Drag class vs. Mirror

So I am accustomed to leveling up by dragging my class onto the character sheet main tab. Is there a video on how to use the Character Wizard Level Up option in 5e and the differences between the two options?

The level up button is in the character and level window accessed by clicking on the magnifying glass at the end of the class & level line.
