What does MSP mean on the Main page of the character sheet?

I've spotted an item on the Main tab of the PC character sheet just below 'Cash on Hand' called MSP. I have no idea what this is for, I assume it's not to record the player's salary if they are a Member of the Scottish Parliament.

Any assistance gratefully received.

If you hover your mouse over it, you'll see a tooltip that says "Monthly Ship Payment"
