Is there a way to write the Clerical Divine Channeling Turn Undead?

Not sure what you mean by 'writing' Turn undead

Applying the Turn Undead to the Actions Tab of the character sheet. By the term writing I only means how to make Unity understand how to apply what Turn Undead would be used in game.

You could create an effect named anything ('Turned" of course being simple, even "Turned by Bob" if you have more than one cleric and need to track which one the undead is running from) that could be applied with an power on the action tabs and put a 1min duration on it. It would not be smart enough to remove itself it if took damage, but you'd have the visual at least on the combat tracker.

Open up the channel divinity feature by clicking on the link on the abilities tab. Then open the players actions tab and drag and drop the channel divinity feature into the actions tab. It will set up the effect for you. You'll need to then go into the power group details to set the correct ability score so that the save DC is correct. Using the EXT BCE or BCEG, you can code Turned effect to remove on damage taken. Other than that, any effect you would make for turned would simply be a note.
Turn Undead; Turned; DMGRT Set the Duration to 1min, using BCE or BCEG, this will remove this effect if the turned creature takes damage.
