Map tiles look so dark when placed, Please help

I am trying to make a sci fi map. When i open my assets and select a floor tile it shows up silver/grey. Put when I place it it is almost completely black. What am I doing wrong?

Disable Line-of-Sight and Lighting - this will give you the normal view of the tile.
