Would SSD improve opening campaign map links?

Hey all,

My computer shows a bit of lag when loading modules, loading links on maps?

I thought this may be due slow read speed on have with HDD drives and was wondering whether upgrading to SSD would show improved?

In addition do read speeds influence the amount of time it takes to open a character sheet or add encounters to the combat tracker? Or do other specs player bigger part in this?

My pc has 24gb ram, so I don't think that would be limiting performance?

Hey,

this is mainly a software bottleneck currently. I have a SSD and see the same things as you. It was faster in FGC so I hope we get that same speed in FGU in the future. :)
