How to apply Defensive Bonus in combat tracker?

So I see a spot to allocate Parry amount, but should the defensive bonus (QU bonus for PCs, DB bonus for NPCs) be automatically deducted from rolls? How is this supposed to work? Thanks.

Oh I see, it applies when you resolve.

Also be aware that the defenses in the combat tracker will only apply if they have the attacker as their target or the All checkbox is selected.
