View Full Version : Network Failure so can't update or log in

Hello

I keep getting a Connection Test: Failure and therefore cannot log in or update. I think I'm using Classic, as in, I bought it many years ago.

Does anyone know what is happening? I have no trouble with any other software on my computer.

A FG Classic connection test failure is only needed if you're going to be the GM and people will connect to your campaign. It's not the cause of you being unable to update, unless it's indicative of your whole FG Classic installation not being able to access the FG servers.

I'd recommend downloading the FG Classic installer from here: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/home/FantasyGroundsClassic.php and running the install again - accept the defaults and you'll still have access to your previous data.
