5e Feats

[Master Bacon]

in 5e: I'm trying to add a feat to a character leveling up to level 4. The only feat I see listed is grappler. How do I access all the other feats?

What you see is dependent upon what sources you have loaded. Sounds like you only have the SRD loaded. If you have other resources, you can load those instead. Go to Modules >Activation and load those (Player Handbook will have the most). The Basic Rules will have a few more tan the SRD and the PHB will have more than both of those. Out of those 3 sources, only load one as they are subsets of the PHB. Other sources (Tashas, Sword Coast, etc) will have additional feats.
