View Full Version : LUA Error on exiting campaign to start screen

Hi I have been having an error repeatedly appear when closing a campaign back to the start/home screen

[ERROR] Object (DATABASENODE) deleted without cleaning up attached Lua object

The campaign I am working in is Dungeons & Dragons (5E)
running on LAN
No extensions activated

this campaign is only used by me for loading & unloading modules to use as reference whilst I am building my own homebrew

This being said I get the same error when closing all campaigns.

I have attached the campaign folder, compiled logs and a screenshot of the error

I am working with the latest version of Fantasy Grounds Unity, freshly installed on a new laptop, but the error also happened on my old PC

This should not affect your gameplay at all. It is a notice that a full cleanup wasn't performed on certain data objects, so that we can ensure that everything is cleaned up as we expect. This particular instance has been around sporadically, but I wasn't able to consistently reproduce before.

I think I've finally identified the object affected; and a fix will be included in the next client release when that occurs.

thank you for the response, i look forward to the fix being implemented

I knew it wasnt affecting gameplay, but thought it best to log the error for debugging
