macOS - FGU v4.1.13 not seeing existing campaigns.

Fired up FGU (v4.1.13) this morning and it no longer sees my existing campaigns. The "Load Campaign" button is greyed out. But if I click on the folder icon (top left corner), its opening the correct folder and can see the directory trees etc...

Any ideas ?

Uninstalling and reinstalling seems to have worked.....

I have M1 Mac with Monterey 12.1 and didn't observe this issue after the updates.
