Merge Accounts?

Many many moons ago I opened up another account (pre Steam). I then started purchasing a bunch of DLCs on steam under my steam name. I now have all my DLCs spread through out both my usernames. This was obviously user error. Is there any way to merge them together? One account has my ultimate license and a few DLCs while my main account has most of my DLCs. Thanks and Happy Holidays!
