Character restrictions: PHB, Of Gods And Magic, Dieties Of The Haunted Highlands plus a few more. No expanded class book for this table sorry.
Details of your scenario: Playing through all the A series books on FGU. A0-A9, this will take us to low teens in level. This will be an in depth dive into NPC interactions and talking to villagers and townfolk to follow a plot as well as gleen information and trust from NPCs to earn quests and items. Then the plan is either homebrew some adventures or start another group of heros and play through some other adventures. We are playing for 3 hours each morning with 2 10minute breaks in between so I may take care of my childrens needs during the morning. We will have full Syrinscape ambient sounds as well as dice rolling sound fx for attacks and spells. Moderate amount on the roleplay side as this is a more old fashion style game. Time, levels and most parts of this game tend to be a bit slower than most as is with most older rulesets. Castles and Crusades is best desribed as AD&D lite. What DnD 5e is to DnD 3.5 is what Castles and Crusades is to AD&D. But this style play comes with high risk of death by traps or powerful monsters as discretion is the better part of valor in these old style systems. New Players welcome and encouraged.
