SWD Setting Lankhmar

The extension for Savage Worlds setting Lankhmar (Setting: Lankhmar) is only working for SWADE and not SWD campaigns. It should work in SWD and SWADE and was prior to the big recent update.

It was actually accidentally enabled for all rulesets (i.e. 5E, Starfinder, etc.); so when I fixed the metadata to be correct, it limited correctly but had only been marked for SWADE in metadata originally. I went ahead and added the SWD ruleset support too; and pushed a hot fix.
