NPC - cannot search properly and collapse after latest update

I don't know if it was intentional but I cannot collapse anymore the NPCs and finding now an NPC is a real nightmare.

See here below what I mean:

Before latest update I could collapse and have each group and could open one group of monster and have them listed properly, now not.

If it is an update, is a bad update.

Here an example with what I was trying to do. Where is the button to collapse list?

I suspect this may be because the list is paged now rather than just one big list.

You can no longer expand/collapse all, because the results had to be paged to improve performance. Just in your example screen shot; your list contains almost 2500 entries, which would slow down the whole UI when you had that window open, not to mention any other large lists you might have had open at same time (items, etc.). To improve performance, all lists with greater than 50 entries across the entire interface are now paged.

The expand/collapse all buttons were removed, since expanding/collapsing all on 50 items in a single page view is not that useful and I used the room for the paging controls.

The search feature still works as before; and is working correctly for me.
