Has anyone used this PDF? Looking ahead to do a Steampunk campaign. Anyone have any suggestions?

I am not familiar with that specific sourcebook, sorry. But I do have a number of products with easy conversion for steampunk content. There's nothing I'm aware of that is 100% ready to go as fully steampunk for 5e, but these are at least easy to grab from:
Everything Eberron (railroad, universities, skyships, newspapers, warforged as clockworks, etc.) https://www.fantasygrounds.com/store/index.php?search=eberron#TopSellers
The official planeshift crossover from Kaladesh (free PDF): https://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/feature/plane-shift-kaladesh-2017-02-16
Valda's Spire of Secrets (new kickstarter project, draft versions of the PDF are out, late pledges available): https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/magehandpress/spire-of-secrets/description This has loas of great content for steampunk in 5e, including my favorite rules for GirlGenius style Klanks, alchemists, crafters, investigators, etc.. The guns are OP, I recommend keeping the classes but using the rules from the DMG.
Kobold Press' monster books (Tome of Beasts, etc.) there's a lot of great clockwork enemies and feats and skills and even a whole wizard school. (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/store/product.php?id=KPFG5ETOB2, https://www.fantasygrounds.com/store/product.php?id=KPTOB5EFG, and https://www.fantasygrounds.com/store/product.php?id=KPCC5EDNDFG). My favorite is the three-headed clockwork dragon from creature codex. But just look at this beauty from the first Tome of Beasts: 50357.
There are a lot of other products that are combinations of tech and magic but harder to convert to a steampunk game because the theme is off (usually horror). For example, many of the Ravenloft domains are age of gunpowder, and Sandy Petersen's Cthulhu for 5e, the BECMI D&D Savage Coast (great panache/gauche system I lift for steampunk games), and the 3e Iron Kingdoms books. Depends on your budget and how much heavy lifting you want to do.
