Is there a way of adding extra damage for Class abilities (ie - Planar Warrior for Rangers)?
Thanks!

For what ruleset? Some yes (usually called "effects"), some no.

I don't know that ability specifically, but in general Yes. You will want to add a power to the actions tab so that you can apply the effect as needed. See this thread for examples;

I know Mr Z has videos on his channel that walk you through the process, sorry, not sure exactly which one; https://www.youtube.com/c/Zacchaeus55
MOD: moved thread to 5E forum.

Take with a grain of salt: we tried via an effects and found it tough to track (things got missed or out-of-sequence regularly).
What we settled on was just adding another weapon to the character sheet with damage appropriate to the planar warrior and then the player would simply use the standard weapon when the power didn't apply, and the 'planar' weapon when it did apply. Still not perfect but worked well for us.

See the sample ranger here from Xanathar and also see the video linked in the same place at about 3.50 https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?41546-Effects-for-Xanathar-Archetypes

Thanks to everyone for the all of the suggestions.
I've figured out how to add effects in the Actions tab...this should help set up some of the extra and special damage.
