Solution Found, please disregard.
When I make my own NPC, the attributes reset to zero after I close the NPC sheet and open it back up. This bug can't have gone unnoticed so it must be me. What am I doing wrong?
Okay, I guess you can't use control+mousewheel and must type in the numbers. Whew.
