Is it possible to do this or do I have to add everything manually?
If I have to add manually, are there "Advanced Effects" coding I can grab from somewhere?
Thank you!

You can build a custom race and export it to a module. What book are you using to get the stats?

Thanks so much for your help Bayne!

Svirfneblin (Deep Gnome) Race comes from Unearthed Arcana, page 11, link below:

Cool if your wanting to play ADD you could check out Old School Essentials. The advanced tomes are essentially a 1e ADD clone.

But if you want to use the 2e ruleset copy a race from the PHB and then Unlock it. You can then edit the fields. It should be cookie cutter. For advanced effects. Look at the Gnome race. I am not sure if its built in the ruleset but they both have same advantages against larger races.

The Gnome/Halfling handbook has a version as well.

I'd point you to the built in versions of the PHB gnome for examples on how to set it up. The Gnome&Halfling as well as the Dwarf handbooks have both been submitted to Smiteworks for what it's worth.

So, I have a good imagination, I'm creative and a good story teller but I'm not very tech savvy.
Could you guys give me a little more guidance/steps on how to set this race up for my game (campaign Night Below)?
It would be most appreciated, thank you!
