What do I need to get the full CoC experience?

So if I want the full list of weapons, ammo, tools, skills, vehicles and everything, what buttons do I need to push on the store to make sure I get it all properly all in my game?

The full list of weapons, vehicles, items for when?
You can play Cthulhu in prehistoric Normandy, in Ancient Rome, in the 1600s, 1700s, 1800s, 1900s, 2000s, future.
All weapons that are in the rulebook and included in the 7E Ruleset.

You will need the Core Rulebooks then.

In addition to the Call of Cthulhu 7th Edition (Ruleset), you need the Investigators Handbook for all of the occupations. My advice is to not start a campaign without also owing the Handbook, because there's issues with creating your own custom occupations to fill in what's missing. I'm more a homebrewer and not much of an adventure DLC purchaser, so having the necessary tools to build from scratch is important for me. For the 2 mini campaigns I've been working on, after I added the Handbook I haven't been short on any tool or feature required to create whatever I desire.

I just purchased the Call of Cthulhu 7th Edition (Ruleset) and booted up FGU and grabbed my players to roll up test characters so we could crash our way through this system and learn how FGU handles it ahead of our charity stream. We found that an absolute ton of items are missing. Weapons and nothing else. I assume this is not intended behavior to have. So I figured maybe it's in the investigators handbook, so I went and bought that next and restarted. I now have doubles of all the weapons, but still no other items. No ammo, cloths, vehicles, tools, or anything else.


How do I resolve this?

Call of Cthulhu is not like most other RPGs.
You Investigators have a Credit Rating. If they can - based on their rating - afford something they can have it. There is no tracking of money and daily expenses.
Other than weapons - Items have no mechanical value - if your Investigator wants a torch (and he is in Town) he can have a torch.
Most of the items listed in the rulebook are examples - far and away most of them are never intended to be used as is -
