Please teach me about magic item creation in 3.5 d&d. I am wanting to get back into d&d after a 5 year hiatus and have forgotten most of what i once knew about this topic. Sorry, I can't help. Been too long since I ran 3.5. I believe the DMG had guidelines for item creation.

Sadly, it would be a bit too big of a topic :D I have also no idea about magic item creation; as LordEntrails said, look at the DMG :) And the magic item compendium is useful for that, too :)
