Main Menu Buttons

On the right of FGU are what I call main menu buttons: Character, Notes, Images, ... Assets, Library.

Question: How can I get the Backgrounds button, Race button, etc. to show up (like it used to in FGC).

Configure this in Options > Sidebar.

I've been to Options several times and never saw the buttons at the bottom.
