Adjusting Rain Effects

Hey all. So I was wondering if there is a way to adjust the rain effects to make the actual drops larger? I know this seems like a silly question, but when I am all the way zoomed out on a map, it is barely noticeable and just makes the map look blurry. I have to zoom in a decent amount just to be able to actually see that it is rain that is happening on the map. I'm sure this has something to do with the size of the maps, but it would be cool if this is something that can be adjusted.

Not directly. Have you changed the Intensity setting? It doesn't exactly make the drops bigger, but it does make them more pronounced.

Yeah, I've messed with those settings. There's something telling me that when rain effects first came out, the rain drops were much bigger and had a greater effect. I'm just not digging the effect now. The blizzard and snow still has large particle effects, not sure why the rain changed.

As far as I am aware, the rain effect has not been changed since before FGU release.
