Purchases Not Downloading

Hey everyone,

I just purchased 3 DLCs for Fantasy Grounds, and something weird happened. It's listing them now as "Gift Orders" in my Order History--but I wanted to buy them for myself. I tried to "gift them to my own username," and that isn't helping. Whenever I open the FGC launcher, there is no "Update Available" red button like normal. So, now I'm stuck. How do I manually download these after purchase? Is there a way to do that, so I can put them in the folders myself?

New products are not supported for FGC. So it depends upon what product you bought as to if it will be available for FGC or not. You can contact support for exact details as well as to request a refund if needed. https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals
