Is it safe to say at this stage we can remove all code that makes the code work in FGC now?

Yes, you can. It is mentioned in these 2 bullet points:


Remove un-needed versioning (version=">=4", version="<4") (2E, Conan, MGT2, SW, STA)
Remove FGC specific ruleset coding (UtilityManager.isClientFGU) (2E, Alien, Conan, MGT2, RMC, SW, STA, Vaesen)
