Target System Dice Rolling

So, I learned a while back that in order to roll using a target system, as in rolling a die and needing to reach or exceed a specific number counting to count it as a success or a hit, you use the dice command 's'. 1d6d5 for example. Is there a reverse of this? As in is there the ability to do 1d6'x'2 and it counts a roll of 2 or under as a success?

No there isnt. MoreCore does have roll under rolls.
