Tick boxes for Lucky feat?

Hello all,

One of my players is starting with Lucky, where he gets 3 additional rolls per long rest. How do I add the 3 tick boxes to his character sheet?

Add an action in the actions tab and use preparation mode to limit the number of uses and when the character regains those uses. Ahhhh.... I forgot the Prep view, it's been a while and I was kind of stumbling around when I found it before.
