Totemic Druid Kit Hinderance did not reduce non weapon proficiencies by one

Due to the nature of the hindrances a lot of them are not automated. Thats why all of them are detailed and attached to the PC as features so they can be managed. In the newer handbooks I've tried to mark items "this needs is not automated" notes.
