[Bug] Cleared decal recovers after a reload of the campaign

Hi :)

As in the title, if I use the "clear" button of the new decal window, then the previously-applied decal will come back after I reload the campaign :) (In my case: Reload in the sense of going back to the launcher and then launching the campaign again; so, not tested /reload)

I presume that this is not an expected behaviour, hence, I wanted to mention it :)

Thanks for reporting. It's resetting to the default value, since it thinks that the decal was never set. I'll switch some things around, so that clearing the decal persists.
