I suspect that these may have been posted before, but still I hope these are useful:
a) A "general" campaign, which everyone could post games to, which everyone can see. In this way you can advertise and sign up for a game on a calendar on the spur of the moment. You can also see games that are looking for players RIGHT NOW.
b) Games are deleted off the system 24 hours later than they are now, so they don't disappear miles before they happen.
c) Game times have a start and finish time
d) A feedback system for games and GMs, just like www.neverwinterconnections.com
e) Insistence on putting a timezone, before you can set up an account, so people know when you are likely to be able to play (with a "do not want to disclose" option)
f) An "availability and interests" field in your personal details (optional) which GMs can search, if they are looking for players
