I am wondering if this program is customizable for any game other then d20?

Yes.

You can either try it your self (but editing the graphics and xml files) or buy a ruleset created by someone else... Like Digital Adventures Savage Worlds one.

In all honesty, if you want to do it yourself you probably only need to create a character sheet in order to play a game. Anything else is just bonus.

There are several rulesets being created by FG owners so they can play different games.
