Leveling issue

I have a player who has never been able to level there character. The error they get when trying to do this is attached. I witnessed them having this issue. They are running there client from steam

You'll need to attach your compiled logs.

If they are on the same FG build as you, and you have ruled out extensions, then have them re-create their character from scratch, using either drag and drop levelling or the Character Wizard.

And if you or your player are still seeing the issue, we'll need the exact steps they followed before they saw that issue, so that we can recreate and address here.

Thank you for the report. I'll add it to the list of bugs for the Character Wizard.

believe found the issue. The player did not have the correct books opened to perform the level up function.
