Are there any other effects apart from ATK and AC?

I just came in to put an update. the current effects are ATK SAVE DMG and AC. There are some standard OSE lighting effects in shortcut sidebar. The other effects listed are informational and provide no automation.

As an example Bless would be coded as: Bless;ATK:1;DMG:1;SAVE:1

I plan on adding individual saves after the next core rpg release. If there are things you want to see just let me know.
